LESS THAN MINIMUM FEE
Orders with less than 8 pieces will be embroidered at the 12-piece price column with a minimum of 8 units. Piece count is determined by product type and artwork.

3rd Party Shipping - $5.95 / box.
Dropship - $10 / location - If shipping on our account, freight will be added to total.

 

CUSTOMER PROVIDED DST VERIFICATION (OPTIONAL)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

INCOMING MERCHANDISE

Incoming goods MUST reference a PO #. Incoming goods are expected to have a packing list. All products must be at Zing Embroidery at least two days before production begins.

 

RUSH CHARGES

Turnaround time is counted when the product has fully received, and all artwork has been approved.

 

PROVIDING YOUR OWN DST

If you choose to provide your own DST, we will verify the DST quality and output for our machines for a $50 fee. If you choose to waive this service, we will run the DST as is and have a waiver that we’re not responsible for any quality issues resulting in your provided DST file.

 

DROPSHIP

If shipping on your account # for the dropship program, the dropship fee is the only charge. If we’re shipping on our account, the full freight amount will be billed onto the order.

 

CHECKING IN/SORTING

During the receiving process, we will check in and verify all the products arrived and is the correct style and size. Under extreme conditions, if the order will cause an excessive amount of time to accurately check-in, additional charges may apply. We will notify you accordingly before proceeding if this is the case.

 

MINIMUM ORDER POLICY

All orders have 8 pieces minimum. Hats and garments each have their own minimums, their counts do not combine. Anything less will be charged less than the minimum fee. Additionally, this is based on consecutive artwork, meaning changing artwork will reset the piece count and will be charged accordingly. Our pricing is based on running products with the same artwork.

 

BACKORDERS / SHORTSHIP

If an order is requested to be run short, the current PO will be adjusted and billed, and the remaining order will need to come in on a new PO. If the backorder product is on backorder for over 45 days, we will request the order either be run short, or return the product to you.

 

SPOILAGE AND PRODUCT LIABILITY

Contract damage allowance is 3% per location. Replacement allowance is limited to $25 per item.
